  • This is the secret sauce. We join alumni and forward-thinking investors with top-tier business school students. This ecosystem is designed to form collaborative relationships to reimagine and stay ahead of real estate property trends.

What is the process?

Step 1:
Submit your interest. All qualified interest forms will be reviewed and contacted.

Step 2:
If selected, you will move on to a 30-minute free consultation.
Protégés: This will be a mutual interview to get to know you and proceed in the program.
Property Partners: This will be a conversation to learn about your needs, expectations, and HR processes.

Step 3:
Protégés: Individuals selected for the $0 version of the pilot program will have an intake appointment to go over the retained consulting services contract.
Property Partners: We will have an appointment with the presentation of a $0 contract to Property Partners in our pilot program. At this time, we will also go over qualified candidates and teams.

Step 4:
Protégés (employee) and Property Partners (employer) meet to conduct the hiring process. This process is to include concessions on market rent rates in exchange for Property Management services.

During the pilot we will provide consultation on designated team member duties, performance measurement, people management, and more.

Step 5:
We stay closely connected by following up monthly with Partners & Protégés, assuring rotational mentorship success, conducting survey’s, hosting monthly networking events, and proactive preparation for graduation transitions with subsequent handoffs.

Graduation
Protégés: Upon graduation from a top-tier MBA program, they will pass the torch to an incoming Protégé and relocate. They will retain lifetime Property Protégés Mentorship Network membership. We are dedicated to supporting Protégés building influential careers with real estate as a critical aspect.
Property Partners: We will work with Partners to match new individuals and teams from top-tier business* schools. Continue to sponsor and be active with the Property Protégés Mentorship Network for influential connections in real estate and business.
*Due to the disparities in debt-to-income ratios post-graduation and industry need, top-tier law schools will follow as supply & demand dictate.
